If project is not started after payment
If service is not delivered as promised
If technical issue from our side
If cancellation is done before work start

3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refund will NOT be given in these cases:
If work already started
If project is completed
If design or website is approved
If custom work is done
If delay happen from client side
If service already used
In these cases, payment is non-refundable.
4. Cancellation Policy
Client can cancel project by:
Sending email
Calling us
WhatsApp message (if available)
Cancellation request should be done as early as possible.
If work is already started, cancellation may not get refund.
5. Refund Process
If refund is approved:
Amount will be refunded to original payment method
Refund may take 7 to 14 working days
Bank or payment gateway delay is not our responsibility
We try our best to process refund fast.
6. Partial Refund
In some cases, partial refund may be given:
If some work is completed
If project stopped in middle
Amount of partial refund depends on work progress.
Final decision will be taken by KT Web Creations.
7. Third-Party Payment
We use third-party payment services and banks.
If delay happens from bank, UPI, or gateway side, we are not responsible.
